The auto insurance industry reported its worst underwriting results in over two decades. The Kemper Auto marketing team wanted to create a campaign that would provide agents with information, best practices, and resources in an interesting and engaging way, helping them understand what's happening in the insurance market and what they can do to help.
They proposed using a road trip concept where agents could virtually visit four different destinations on the path to success. At each destination, they would be provided with tips, best practices, and additional resources. As the lead visual designer for this campaign, I presented mockups of the Destination Success road trip concept, illustrating their application.
The campaign included multiple emails, a comprehensive Best Practices Guide, and various one-page infographics. I worked closely with our copywriter, marketers, and web designer to maintain consistency across the entire campaign. Additionally, I developed an asset library containing icons and individual components, streamlining the process for creating new content.
