Persona-based journeys deliver a series of monthly emails to customers who have been identified as part of a specific industry persona. Each journey has a product-based email stream with learning content designed to help customers achieve success and level-to-level growth with their software. I led the visual strategy and design of this program which grew to 6 persona journeys with over 600k contacts.
